Silverline Basin Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
