Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Ironwood West Environmental Services collects and processes waste and recycling around Cleveland. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with recycling loads. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
