Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Nova Fern Telecom is a telecommunications provider in Austin focused on reliable home and business connections. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 815 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for billing accounts. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
