Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Nova Glen Banking Services Partners is a regional lender in Tampa with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
