Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Birch Environmental Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Fresno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
