Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Westbrook Iron Insurance Partners is an insurance company in Detroit with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for policy renewals. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with customer complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Detroit. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
