Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Stonegate Vale Financial serves customers across Minneapolis with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for payment disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with loan applications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
