Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Foxglove Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across Jackson. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for certifications. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Jackson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
