Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Clear Energy Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Safety comes first on every shift. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
