Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bright Clear Energy supplies electricity and gas to homes and businesses around Tucson, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for outage response. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
