Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Clearpath Mill Care Services provides in-home and community support in Columbus. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • We reply to every applicant.
