Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Rivermark West Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Baltimore, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with equipment calibration. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Baltimore. • We reply to every applicant.
