Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Fernwood Bright Financial is a financial-services company in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with account servicing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
