Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Summit Loom Insurance Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer complaints. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Boise. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
