Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Summit Pike Pharma develops and makes medicines in San Diego, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 187 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with cleanroom operations. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
