Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Lumen Clear Environmental Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with recycling loads. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
