Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Northwind Bridge Telecom Partners is a telecommunications provider in Rochester focused on reliable home and business connections, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with network equipment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Rochester. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
