Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Harborlight Field Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Fort Worth producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 156 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for quality documentation. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with release testing. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
