Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Meadow Medical Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with production lots. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Seattle. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
