Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Mill Environmental Services Partners and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with collection routes. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
