Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Greenridge Lantern Construction is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for change orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for change orders. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with subcontractor invoices. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
