Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Summit Juniper Foods is a Cleveland food manufacturer supplying grocers and food-service customers. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for ingredient orders. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with allergen controls. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
