Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Linden Foods and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Shifts are steady and overtime is planned. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
