Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Stone Care Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 107 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for client records. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Detroit. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
