Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Northwind Wren Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Orlando. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for collection routes. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
