Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Nova Willow Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Grand Rapids, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Grand Rapids. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
