Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Rivermark Wilder Pharma develops and makes medicines in Baltimore, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with batch records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
