Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Lumen Willow Insurance is an insurance company in Orlando with claims and service teams, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with catastrophe response. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Orlando. • We reply to every applicant.
