Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Silverline Juniper Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Knoxville, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
