Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Rivermark Cross Banking Services Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
