Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Westbrook Sparrow Transit Planning is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for accessibility audits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for accessibility audits. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fare systems. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
