Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bluepeak Labs is a community-focused bank in Reno serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
