Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Rivermark Harbor Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Tucson, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for recycling loads. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
