Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Juniper Inspection Services Group and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Independence and accuracy are our product. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for field inspections. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with scheduling. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
