Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Nova Rowan Health runs clinics and patient services around Milwaukee. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
