Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Bright Medical and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 105 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for clinical evaluations. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Denver. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
