Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Cedar Basin Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around Cleveland, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
