Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Bright Hollow Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Reno area. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for outage reports. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Reno. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
