Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Lumen Iron Insurance Group sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Richmond, and we need a Senior Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 980 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer complaints. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with policy renewals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
