Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Iron Financial and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Memphis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
