Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Highbridge Haven Medical Group is a Fort Worth company producing monitoring and surgical equipment. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for complaint handling. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with training materials. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Fort Worth. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
