Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Foxglove Drift Civic Services works with county and city offices around Salt Lake City. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 422 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Salt Lake City. • We reply to every applicant.
