Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (remote)

Rivermark Mill Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Raleigh. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 748 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for licensing. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
