Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Raleigh, NC)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Amber Construction and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for project schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with safety records. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Raleigh. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
