Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Bright Quarry Inspection Services and adding a Senior Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for test reports. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
