Amberfield Linden Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Phoenix. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
