Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Philadelphia, PA)

Harborlight Keystone Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Philadelphia design routes and schedules. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with service alerts. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
