Senior Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Philadelphia, PA)

Summit Linden Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 336 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with loan files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
