Silverline Thistle Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Philadelphia. We are hiring a Senior Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We care about how people feel on the worst day of their year. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for premium billing. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Philadelphia. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
