Stonegate Juniper Health Group is looking for a Senior Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Philadelphia. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We reply to every applicant.
